Lisa Tse, of the Sweet Mandarin restaurant and cookery school here in city centre Manchester, is teaching people to cook Dim Sum via Twitter this Saturday (28th Feb) at 10 am (UK time). You'll get a whole list of recipes containing your ingredients. (Although if you try searching on 'a dried up carrot and half a tube of tomato puree', I can't guarantee the results...)
Pretend you're a DJ at blip.fm... It's like downloading all your favourite tunes to an MP3 player and then being able to share them with the rest of the world... You can keep track of who's listening to you and receive 'props' when someone likes your taste in music.

Last year I spoke on board a cruise ship. The average age of the passengers was well over 65. I would split the people I met into two categories, those with and without dreams. The ones who had dreams and hopes for their golden years or for their children and grandchildren were filled with life and energy. Those who thought they were too old to have dreams were a little like the walking dead. The difference was astounding.
