According to a recent survey of over-45s, by the time we hit middle-age, our sex lives are just about over... and it appears that the main reason for this is the fact that we've let ourselves go!
60% of those surveyed said that they just don't feel sexy. 25% felt that their bodies were saggy and wrinkly. 70% felt fat and 24% believed that their health was deteriorating. 1 in 20 were worried about putting a strain on their heart whilst making love.
